Exploring the Art of Butchery

​A unique opportunity to witness a butchery demonstration of a lamb by our special guest Chef Alex & our in-house Chef Steve. This event will not only enhance your understanding of meat butchery but also offer insights into the culinary decision-making process behind each cut.​

An exceptional opportunity for our members to deepen their culinary knowledge, learn from a master butcher, and connect with a community of like-minded individuals.

Members will be treated to a tasting session where they can sample dishes prepared using the cuts from the lamb and other Wild Fork picks prepared by Chef Steve.
