Mayonnaise Sauce
Mayonnaise2 tablespoons
Ketchup1 tablespoon
Dill pickle relish2 tablespoons
White sugar½ teaspoon
White vinegar½ teaspoon
Burger
Slider buns4 buns
Tomato, sliced1 tomato
Red onion, sliced, ¼ inch thick1 onion
Leaf lettuce4 pieces
Cheddar cheese4 slices
Mayonnaise sauceas needed
Salt and black pepperto season
Sprinkle both sides of the slider with salt and black pepper.
Mix all ingredients for the mayonnaise sauce together and set aside.
Place the slider patty onto the grill of a heated BBQ. Flip and cook until the internal temperature of the burger reaches 165 degrees F.
In the last 5 minutes of cooking, place the sliced onion on the grill. In the last minute of cooking place the cheese on the burgers and the buns on the grill if desired. Remove everything from the grill and build burgers with sauce on the bun, burger patty, tomato, lettuce and grilled onions.
