RECIPE:Wagyu Carne Asada with Grilled Vegetables

Vegetable medleyas desired
Marinade
Juice from an orange or limes½ cup
Worcestershire sauce¼ cup
White wine vinegar2 tablespoons
Fresh cilantro, roughly chopped¼ cup
Cayenne pepper½ teaspoon
Garlic, minced6 large cloves
White onion, small dice¼ onion
Black pepper, freshly ground2 tablespoons
Kosher salt1 teaspoon
Cumin1 teaspoon
In a blender, mix all marinade ingredients.
Add steaks and marinade to a ziploc bag or covered bowl and marinate at least 5 hours, preferably 12-24 hours.
Cut up vegetables for medley into even pieces, season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and any other desired seasonings. Roast in oven or grill.
Heat grill or cast iron pan to medium high heat.
Add steaks and cooke, flip every 3 minutes until desired doneness.
Remove from heat and place on cookie sheet or cooling rack, tented with foil. Let rest at least 10 minutes.
Slice steak against the grain into thin strips.
