RECIPE:Sweet and Smoky Boneless Wings

All-purpose flour1 ½ cups
Seasoning salt1 tsp
Cayenne pepper¼ tsp
Paprika½ tsp
Black pepper, freshly ground1 tsp
Milk1 cup
Egg1 egg
In a bowl combine the flour, seasoning salt, cayenne, paprika and pepper and stir until combined.
In another bowl whisk together the milk and the egg.
Dip the chicken strips in the milk, then the flour. Then dip the chicken strips back into milk and then to flour once more for double coating, place the now coated chicken strips on baking sheet.
Once all the chicken is coated place them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
While the chicken is in the refrigerator heat your deep fryer or oil in large pan on stove to 375 degrees F.
Remove the chicken and carefully place the chicken strips into hot oil for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown, drain in a paper towel lined bowl or plate.
Repeat until all chicken is done.
Toss the cooked chicken strips in the BBQ sauce and serve with extra for dipping.
