  • Cold Smoked Sable Fish Slices

  • Vegetables oil3 tablespoons

  • Soba noodles6 oz.

  • Bok choy, roughly chopped2 cups

  • Vegetable broth2 ¼ cups

  • Soy sauce2 teaspoons

  • Oyster sauce1 teaspoon

  • Fish sauce1 tablespoon

  • Green onions, finely sliced, for garnishas needed

  • Bamboo shoots, for garnishas needed

  • Chili oil, for garnishas needed

Cooking directions

  1. Cook soba noodles as per instructions on the package.

  2. Add 1 tablespoon oil to the wok and stir-fry the bok choy until it starts to wilt. Add the vegetable stock to the wok with the soy, oyster, and fish sauces and stir to heat through.

  3. Divide the cooked noodles between 2 serving bowls and add the broth. Top with the bok choy and Smoked Sable Fish Slices and garnish with the scallions, bamboo shoots and a drizzle of chili oil.
