  • Extra Virgin Olive Oilto coat

  • Pink Himalayan Saltto coat

  • Black Peppercorn, fresh groundto coat

Salsa Verde

  • Garlic cloves, peeled2

  • Flat leaf parsley1 bunch

  • Scallions½ bunch

  • Anchovy filets2

  • Capers2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil1/3 cup

  • Water1 Tbsp

  • Lemon zest2 Tsp

  • Lemon juice1 Tbsp

  • Salt and pepperto taste


Cooking directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF

  2. Season side of salmon with olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon pepper and paprika.

  3. Cover a baking sheet with foil and spray with oil. Place salmon skin side down onto the foil.

  4. Bake salmon for 14-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.

  5. While the salmon cooks, combine garlic, parsley, scallions, anchovies, capers, water, lemon zest and juice in a blender. Blend until mixed. With motor running, add olive oil in a stream, adding additional water if needed to blend. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with salmon.
