  • Chicken Boneless Skin-On Rosemary and Balsamic Breast

  • Fresh rosemary6 sprigs

  • Sweet cherries, pitted2 cups

  • Garlic, minced2 cloves

  • Olive oil½ cup

  • Balsamic vinegar3 Tbsp

  • Saltas needed


Cooking directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.  

  2. In a cast iron skillet place the chicken breasts skin side up into the skillet. 

  3. Place the rosemary sprigs in the skillet around the chicken breasts.  

  4. In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients and season with salt, to taste.  

  5. Pour the bowls contents over the chicken. Roast for 40 minutes or until skins are golden brown and internal temperature of the chicken breasts are 165 degrees F.
