Olive Oil2 tablespoons
Garlic Cloves, sliced4 cloves
Lime Juice1/2 lime
Fresh Oreganoas needed
Kosher Saltas needed
Black Pepper, freshly groundas needed
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet to medium heat and add olive oil. Sear the pork chops 5 minutes on each side.
Add the sliced garlic cloves and continue to cook until garlic is slightly golden.
Squeeze lime juice and add fresh oregano. Serve immediately.
