  • Brazilian Beef Picanha Steak

    3 steaks

  • Sea salt1 tablespoon

  • Black pepper, freshly ground1 tablespoon

  • Chile powder1 tablespoon

  • Garlic powder1 ½ tablespoons

  • Onion powder1 tablespoon

  • Brown sugar1 ½ tablespoons

  • Dried oregano1 tablespoon

  • Cayenne pepper½ teaspoon


Cooking directions

  1. Preheat your grill to 400°F.

  2. Combine the dry ingredients and season the steaks with the seasoning.

  3. Fold each of the steaks into a C and slide them onto metal skewers.

  4. Grill the steaks over indirect heat for 15 – 20 minutes turning them every 4 minutes until the steaks reach your desired degree of doneness.

  5. Remove the steaks and allow them to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
