  • Canadian AAA Angus Boneless Beef Flank Steak

Sweet BBQ Seasoning1 tablespoon

Soy Sauce¼ cup

Small Yellow Onion, peeled and quartered¼ onion

Paprika½ tablespoon

Fresh Garlic Cloves6 cloves

Olive Oil1 Tablespoon

Black Sesame Seeds1 teaspoon

Green Onion, for garnish1 sprig




Cooking directions

  1. In a blender, combine the sweet BBQ seasoning, soy sauce, onion, paprika, garlic, and olive oil. Place in a large bowl and season the flank steak making sure it is fully coated with seasoning.

  2. Heat the grill to medium high.

  3. Grill the flank steak for 4-5 minutes on each side or until you have reached your desired degree of doneness. Sprinkle top with black sesame seeds.

  4. Remove from the grill and place on a platter covered with foil to rest 5 minutes.

  5. Slice the flank across the grain and serve with green onion garnish.
