  • Wooden or metal skewers for grilling6-8

  • Olive oil1/3 cup

  • Salt and pepperto taste

  • Limes, cut in half3

  • Fresh herbsto garnish


Cooking directions

  1. Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. Place in a bowl, sprinkle with olive oil and seasoning and toss. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Skewer several shrimp on metal skewers.

  3. Heat grill to medium high and place shrimp on hot grill. Cook for 2 minutes per side or until it loses transparency.

  4. Remove from grill, squeeze lime juice, sprinkle with herbs and serve on a tray as appetizer.
