Soy Sauce2 tablespoons

Gochujang Chili Sauce2 tablespoons

Ginger Paste1 tablespoon

Garlic Paste1 tablespoon

Brown Sugar1 tablespoon

Sesame Oil1 teaspoon

Sesame Seeds, for garnishsprinkle

Green Onions, cut thinly on a bias for garnishsprinkle

Cooking directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Gochujang chili sauce, ginger paste, garlic paste, brown sugar and sesame oil.

  2. Place the steaks in a dish and pour ¾ of the marinate over the steak and mix until evenly coated. Save the remaining marinade to brush over the top during grilling. Marinate the steak for at least 4 hours.

  3. Place the steak on a grill over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes per side. Brush with the remaining marinate during the cooking process.

  4. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  5. Slice the cooked steak on a bias and place on a serving plate.

  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
