RECIPE:Cajun Horseradish Top Sirloin Steaks

STEAKS:
Olive Oil2 tablespoons
Blackened Seasoningas needed
Coarse Sea Saltas needed
Freshly Ground Black Peppercornsas needed
CAJUN HORSERADISH SAUCE:
Sour Cream1/3 cup
Mayonnaise2 tablespoons
Horseradish2 tablespoons
Worcestershire Sauce1 teaspoon
White Wine Vinegar½ tablespoon
Blackened Seasoning1 teaspoon
Paprika¼ teaspoon
Coarse Sea Saltas needed
Freshly Ground Black Peppercornsas needed
Preheat grill or skillet to medium high heat. Season the steaks with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Sear the steaks for 3-5 minutes on each side or until they have reached your desired degree of doneness. Cover with aluminum foil and let rest.
Mix all ingredients of Cajun Horseradish Sauce in a small bowl with a whisk. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a small saucepan and heat until warm.
Serve the steaks with sauce on the side.
