RECIPE:Beer-Brined Roasted Chicken Wings

Pork Seasoning1 tablespoon
Freshly Ground Black Pepper1 tablespoon
Water2 cups
Beer24 oz.
Sugar¼ cup
Coarse Sea Salt1
/4 cup
Dried Oregano1 teaspoon
Granulated Garlic1 tablespoon
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes2 tablespoons
Mix brine ingredients in a glass bowl and place chicken wings in the brine. Cover and marinate overnight.
Preheat the oven 375°F. Spray a roasting pan with non-stick spray
Pour brine out, pat the wings dry, and place on roasting pan. Roast for 20 minutes.
Turn wings on the other side, sprinkle pork seasoning and ground peppercorns on top and continue to roast for 15-20 more minutes. Skin should be crispy and golden brown.
Transfer to a platter and serve hot with your favorite wing sauce.
