Smoked Black Cod Ramen

INGREDIENTS
Vegetables oil 3 tablespoons
Soba noodles 6 oz.
Bok choy, roughly chopped 2 cups
Vegetable broth 2 ¼ cups
Soy sauce 2 teaspoons
Oyster sauce 1 teaspoon
Fish sauce 1 tablespoon
Green onions, finely sliced, for garnish as needed
Bamboo shoots, for garnish as needed
Chili oil, for garnish as needed
LET'S GET COOKING!
Cook soba noodles as per instructions on the package.
Add 1 tablespoon oil to the wok and stir-fry the bok choy until it starts to wilt. Add the vegetable stock to the wok with the soy, oyster, and fish sauces and stir to heat through.
Divide the cooked noodles between 2 serving bowls and add the broth. Top with the bok choy and Smoked Sable Fish Slices and garnish with the scallions, bamboo shoots and a drizzle of chili oil.
