Shawarma Style Chicken Breast Strips

INGREDIENTS
Coriander 2 tablespoons
Allspice 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon 1 tablespoon
Cumin 1 tablespoon
Ginger ½ tablespoon
Turmeric ½ tablespoon
Black Pepper, freshly ground ½ tablespoon
Cayenne ½ tablespoon
Garlic Cloves, Peeled ½ cup
Sea Salt ½ teaspoon
Vegetable Oil 2 cups
Lemon Juice 1 lemon
LET'S GET COOKING!
Add garlic and sea salt to a food processor. Add freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Pulse until smooth. Be sure to scrape down the sides and process the entire amount.
Turn food processor down and slowly add 1 cup vegetable oil.
Slowly add the lemon juice.
Add the remaining cup of vegetable oil. Sauce should be thick and fluffy.
Reserve in container until time to serve.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine all spices and stir well to create Shawarma spice. Reserve in a sealed container.
Place chicken strips in a bowl. Season with coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Coat chicken with olive oil and Shawarma spice. Stir well.
Transfer chicken to roasting pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Serve with garlic sauce.
