Prosciutto Wrapped Albacore Tuna Loin

INGREDIENTS
Sliced prosciutto as needed
Dipping Sauce
Soy Sauce ¼ cup
Sesame oil 4 tablespoons
Garlic, minced 1 tablespoon
Ginger, grated 1 tablespoon
Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
LET'S GET COOKING!
Combine all the ingredients for the dipping sauce in a mixing bowl and mix with a whisk until fully incorporated. Set the sauce aside.
Pat your tuna loin dry.
Wrap the tuna loin with prosciutto, overlapping so that it will stay wrapped after being cooked.
Heat a skillet or barbecue on medium. Add some olive oil to the skillet or the barbecue.
Once the oil has heated, place the loin on the grill or in the skillet and let it sear for 2 minutes per side or until the prosciutto is just crisping.
Turn and repeat on all sides until it is uniformly cooked.
Remove the loin from the heat and thinly slice the loin crosswise. Serve with the dipping sauce.
