Pork Back Ribs with Smoked Pecan Wood Rub

INGREDIENTS
Olive Oil as needed
Brown Sugar 2 tablespoons
Coarse Sea Salt 1 teaspoon
Applewood Smoked Salt 1 tablespoon
Smoked Pecan Rub 1 tablespoon
Granulated Garlic 2 teaspoons
Thyme 1 teaspoon
Paprika 1 teaspoon
LET'S GET COOKING!
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Brush olive oil on the ribs.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl and rub on the ribs.
Line a sheet pan with foil and place the seasoned ribs. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours. Uncover.
Broil or grill for 1-2 minutes for a charred finish.
Remove ribs and serve.
