New York Chop with Roasted Garlic & Onion

INGREDIENTS
Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Garlic Cloves, sliced 4 cloves
Lime Juice 1/2 lime
Fresh Oregano as needed
Kosher Salt as needed
Black Pepper, freshly ground as needed
LET'S GET COOKING!
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet to medium heat and add olive oil. Sear the pork chops 5 minutes on each side.
Add the sliced garlic cloves and continue to cook until garlic is slightly golden.
Squeeze lime juice and add fresh oregano. Serve immediately.
