Nacho Casserole

INGREDIENTS
Chunky salsa 1 ½ cups
Brown beans 1 can
Miracle Whip ¾ cup
Chili powder 1 teaspoon
Crushed tortilla chips 2 cups
Colby cheese 2 cups
Guacamole, for garnish as needed
Cilantro, for garnish as needed
Tomatoes, small dice, for garnish as needed
LET'S GET COOKING!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Place the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring to crumble, until evenly browned. Drain the fat.
Remove from the heat, and stir the salsa, beans, mayonnaise and chili powder into the beef.
In a large casserole dish, layer the ground beef mixture, tortilla chips and cheese twice, ending with cheese on top.
Bake for 20 minutes uncovered in the preheated oven, until cheese is melted, and dish is thoroughly heated.
Place the guacamole, diced tomatoes and cilantro on top of the dish.
