Lemon Garlic Steak

INGREDIENTS
Sea Salt 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper, freshly ground ½ teaspoon
Paprika ½ teaspoon
Unsalted Butter 1 tablespoon
Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Garlic Cloves, diced 5 cloves
Whole Garlic Cloves 3 cloves
Lemon Juice 1 lemon
LET'S GET COOKING!
Pat steak dry and sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, diced garlic, and a squeeze of lemon.
Heat 1 tablespoon butter, olive oil and garlic in a heavy skillet over moderately high heat until hot but not smoking, Add the steak and then sear for 2-3 minutes per side. Squeeze more lemon juice on the steak right before removing from heat. Transfer steak with tongs to a plate and serve warm.
