Lamb Broth Fondue

INGREDIENTS
Vegetable broth 32 fl. oz.
Garlic head, cut in half 1 head
Water ½ cup
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon
Bay leaf 1 leaf
Whole peppercorns 1 tablespoon
Shitake mushrooms, stemmed 1 cup
Carrots, sliced ¼ inch 1 cup
Baby potatoes, sliced in half 1 cup
Pattypan squash, cut in half 6 squash
LET'S GET COOKING!
In a fondue pot, combine all broth, garlic, water, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaf, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
Dip the lamb and vegetables as desired and leave in broth until cooked thru.
Serve with your favourite dipping sauces.
