Indian Inspired Grilled Flank Steak

INGREDIENTS
Light soy sauce ½ cup
Olive oil ½ cup
Honey 3 tablespoons
Garlic cloves, grated 3 cloves
Curry powder 1 tablespoon
Black pepper corns, crushed ½ tablespoon
Dried red chilies, crushed 3 chilis
Cumin seeds ½ tablespoon
Sea salt ¼ teaspoon
LET'S GET COOKING!
Mix all of the ingredients for the marinade together in a large mixing bowl.
Add the steaks to the bowl and turn the steak in it a few times.
Wrap the top of the bowl and refrigerate for 3 hours, turning the steak occasionally.
Remove from the fridge an hour or so before grilling.
Preheat a grill to medium high heat.
Remove the steak from the marinade and place it on the grill to cook for 2 minutes a side, basting with the marinade as you turn it.
Baste again with the marinade and continue to cook for 2-3 more minutes per side.
Remove from the grill and let it rest on a plate for 5 minutes or so.
Slice thinly and serve with your favourite side dish.
