Herb and Garlic Chicken Cesar Salad

INGREDIENTS
DRESSING
Mayonnaise ¼ cup
Buttermilk ¼ cup
Parmesan, freshly grated 3 tbsp
Garlic, grated 1 clove
Lemon juice, freshly squeezed 1tbsp
Dijon mustard 1 ½ tsp
Worcestershire sauce ½ tsp
Anchovy paste (optional) 1tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
SALAD
Romaine 1 head
Parmesan, freshly grated ¼ cup
Croutons As needed
LET'S GET COOKING!
In a medium bowl, whisk together garlic, lemon juice, dijon, anchovy paste and Worcestershire. Add mayonnaise, buttermilk and parmesan season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Heat cast iron skillet or pan over medium-high heat.
Cook bacon and crumble once cooled.
In the same pan, cook the Boneless Skinless Garlic Herb Chicken Breast Strips until cooked through.
Assemble the salad with romaine lettuce, croutons, crumbled bacon and Garlic Herb Chicken. Add dressing and parmesan, toss to coat.
