Ginger Turkey Meatball Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
Fresh cilantro 1 bunch
Fish sauce 3 teaspoons
Brown sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons
Cornstarch 1 tablespoon
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper to taste
LET'S GET COOKING!
STEP 1 - PREP THE MEATBALLS
Finely mince the bunch of cilantro, reserving 2 TBSP for garnish.
In a large mixing bowl, mix ground turkey, fish sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, ginger, garlic. Season with salt & pepper. Form into 12 meatballs.
STEP 2 - COOK THE MEATBALLS
In a large skillet with a lid, heat oil over medium-high heat and add the meatballs. Sear each side – about 2 mins per side or until golden brown.
While the meatballs are searing, follow the package instructions to heat the Fries Gourmet Homestyle.
Add 2 tablespoons water and cover with the lid. Let the meatballs cook for 5 minutes. Uncover, flip, and cook for another 5 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through to an internal temperature 165 F.
STEP 3 – BUILD THE SANDO
Spread some mayo on the inside of the Brioche Hotdog Buns Brioche Gourmet 6ct, then top with meatballs, sliced cucumber, sliced shallot, cilantro and mint.
Serve immediately with the hot Fries. Gourmet Homestyle.
