Cajun Horseradish Top Sirloin Steaks

INGREDIENTS
STEAKS:
Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Blackened Seasoning as needed
Coarse Sea Salt as needed
Freshly Ground Black Peppercorns as needed
CAJUN HORSERADISH SAUCE:
Sour Cream 1/3 cup
Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
Horseradish 2 tablespoons
Worcestershire Sauce 1 teaspoon
White Wine Vinegar ½ tablespoon
Blackened Seasoning 1 teaspoon
Paprika ¼ teaspoon
Coarse Sea Salt as needed
Freshly Ground Black Peppercorns as needed
LET'S GET COOKING!
Preheat grill or skillet to medium high heat. Season the steaks with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Sear the steaks for 3-5 minutes on each side or until they have reached your desired degree of doneness. Cover with aluminum foil and let rest.
Mix all ingredients of Cajun Horseradish Sauce in a small bowl with a whisk. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a small saucepan and heat until warm.
Serve the steaks with sauce on the side.
