Wild Boar Sliders

INGREDIENTS
Mayonnaise Sauce
Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
Ketchup 1 tablespoon
Dill pickle relish 2 tablespoons
White sugar ½ teaspoon
White vinegar ½ teaspoon
Burger
Slider buns 4 buns
Tomato, sliced 1 tomato
Red onion, sliced, ¼ inch thick 1 onion
Leaf lettuce 4 pieces
Cheddar cheese 4 slices
Mayonnaise sauce as needed
Salt and black pepper to season
LET'S GET COOKING!
Sprinkle both sides of the slider with salt and black pepper.
Mix all ingredients for the mayonnaise sauce together and set aside.
Place the slider patty onto the grill of a heated BBQ. Flip and cook until the internal temperature of the burger reaches 165 degrees F.
In the last 5 minutes of cooking, place the sliced onion on the grill. In the last minute of cooking place the cheese on the burgers and the buns on the grill if desired. Remove everything from the grill and build burgers with sauce on the bun, burger patty, tomato, lettuce and grilled onions.
