Wagyu Carne Asada with Grilled Vegetables

INGREDIENTS
Vegetable medley as desired
Marinade
Juice from an orange or limes ½ cup
Worcestershire sauce ¼ cup
White wine vinegar 2 tablespoons
Fresh cilantro, roughly chopped ¼ cup
Cayenne pepper ½ teaspoon
Garlic, minced 6 large cloves
White onion, small dice ¼ onion
Black pepper, freshly ground 2 tablespoons
Kosher salt 1 teaspoon
Cumin 1 teaspoon
LET'S GET COOKING!
In a blender, mix all marinade ingredients.
Add steaks and marinade to a ziploc bag or covered bowl and marinate at least 5 hours, preferably 12-24 hours.
Cut up vegetables for medley into even pieces, season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and any other desired seasonings. Roast in oven or grill.
Heat grill or cast iron pan to medium high heat.
Add steaks and cooke, flip every 3 minutes until desired doneness.
Remove from heat and place on cookie sheet or cooling rack, tented with foil. Let rest at least 10 minutes.
Slice steak against the grain into thin strips.
