Swedish Meatballs in Cream Sauce

INGREDIENTS
Unsalted butter 4 Tbsp
Beef broth 3 cups
35% cream 1 cup
All-purpose flour 3 Tbsp
Dijon mustard 1/2 Tsp
Salt & pepper as needed
Fresh herbs, thyme & rosemary as needed
LET'S GET COOKING!
Add 2 Tbsp oil to a large skillet over medium heat, Once hot, cook meatballs until warmed through, turning as needed. Remove from skillet and cover to keep warm.
In the same skillet, melt the butter. Quickly whisk int he flour and cook until golden brown.
Stir in the broth, heavy whipping cream and dijon mustard and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook until it thickens.
Add the meatballs back in and toss in the gravy sauce. Add fresh herbs.
Serve over mashed potatoes or with a side of crusty bread.
