Roasted Rosemary and Balsamic Chicken with Cherry Sauce

INGREDIENTS
Fresh rosemary 6 sprigs
Sweet cherries, pitted 2 cups
Garlic, minced 2 cloves
Olive oil ½ cup
Balsamic vinegar 3 Tbsp
Salt as needed
LET'S GET COOKING!
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a cast iron skillet place the chicken breasts skin side up into the skillet.
Place the rosemary sprigs in the skillet around the chicken breasts.
In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients and season with salt, to taste.
Pour the bowls contents over the chicken. Roast for 40 minutes or until skins are golden brown and internal temperature of the chicken breasts are 165 degrees F.
