Pork Belly Steak with Maple Balsamic Glaze and BBQ Corn

INGREDIENTS
Pork Belly Steak
Chilli Paste 10 g
Beef stock 2 L
Balsamic Glaze 50 ml
Maple Syrup 100 ml
BBQ Corn
Corn Cobbs, cut in half 5 cobbs
Olive Oil 50 ml
Mayonnaise 50 g
Buttermilk 25 ml
Chili Paste 5 g
Parmesan Cheese sprinkle

Pork belly steak
Smother the pork belly with chili paste. Combine the maple glaze ingredients together and add to the pork, cover and bake for 1½ hours at 350 degrees F.
Maple Glaze
Strain the maple glaze from the belly and reduce in a pot until sticky.
BBQ Corn
Blanch the corn, drain, drizzle with a little olive oil and cook on the BBQ. Combine mayonnaise, buttermilk and chili paste and drizzle over the corn. Grate over the parmesan.
