One-Pot Cheesy Beef & Pasta Skillet | Wild Fork
A one-pot dinner that keeps Lean Ground Beef moist and saucy — browned with onion and garlic, simmered right in a tomato-beef broth with pasta, and finished with melted cheddar.

INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
8 oz elbow macaroni
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning

LET'S GET COOKING!
1) Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat — the oil helps since this is a lean cut with less natural fat to render.
2) Brown beef with onion and garlic, 6-8 minutes, breaking apart as it cooks.
3) Stir in beef broth, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and uncooked macaroni.
4) Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
5) Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar until melted. Serve.
