New York Strip Steak with Blackened Spicy Mojo Rub
INGREDIENTS
Blackened Seasoning 1 teaspoon
Spicy Mojo Seasoning 1 teaspoon
Fresh Thyme, Chopped 1 1/2 teaspoons
Himalayan Pink Salt as needed
Olive Oil as needed
LET'S GET COOKING!
Preheat grill or pan to medium-high temperature. If using a pan, add 1 tsp. olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix seasonings together. Coat New York Strip Steaks lightly with olive oil and season both sides with seasoning. Sprinkle Himalayan Pink salt and thyme on top.
Place steaks on the grill or pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until you have achieved your desired degree of doneness.
Remove from the grill, tent with aluminum foil, and let rest for 5 minutes.
Slice and serve.
