Grilled Picanha Steaks on Swords

INGREDIENTS
Sea salt 1 tablespoon
Black pepper, freshly ground 1 tablespoon
Chile powder 1 tablespoon
Garlic powder 1 ½ tablespoons
Onion powder 1 tablespoon
Brown sugar 1 ½ tablespoons
Dried oregano 1 tablespoon
Cayenne pepper ½ teaspoon
LET'S GET COOKING!
Preheat your grill to 400°F.
Combine the dry ingredients and season the steaks with the seasoning.
Fold each of the steaks into a C and slide them onto metal skewers.
Grill the steaks over indirect heat for 15 – 20 minutes turning them every 4 minutes until the steaks reach your desired degree of doneness.
Remove the steaks and allow them to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
