Grilled Huli Huli Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS
Brown Sugar ½ cup
Ketchup 6 tablespoons
Soy Sauce 6 tablespoons
Sherry or Chicken Broth 2 ½ tablespoons
Dried Ginger ½ teaspoon
Minced Garlic 1 ½ teaspoons
LET'S GET COOKING!
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients. Reserve ½ cup for basting; cover and refrigerate.
Pour marinade over the pork chops and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Remove pork chops from marinade and grill until you have achieved your desired degree of doneness.
Baste pork chops with reserved marinade during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
