Grilled Flank Steak with Fresh Garlic and Asian BBQ Rub

INGREDIENTS
Sweet BBQ Seasoning 1 tablespoon
Soy Sauce ¼ cup
Small Yellow Onion, peeled and quartered ¼ onion
Paprika ½ tablespoon
Fresh Garlic Cloves 6 cloves
Olive Oil 1 Tablespoon
Black Sesame Seeds 1 teaspoon
Green Onion, for garnish 1 sprig
LET'S GET COOKING!
In a blender, combine the sweet BBQ seasoning, soy sauce, onion, paprika, garlic, and olive oil. Place in a large bowl and season the flank steak making sure it is fully coated with seasoning.
Heat the grill to medium high.
Grill the flank steak for 4-5 minutes on each side or until you have reached your desired degree of doneness. Sprinkle top with black sesame seeds.
Remove from the grill and place on a platter covered with foil to rest 5 minutes.
Slice the flank across the grain and serve with green onion garnish.
