Grilled Cedar Plank Salmon with Grilled Fennel

INGREDIENTS
Fennel 1 - 2 bulbs
Lemon 1
Olives as needed
Olive oil as needed
Sea salt as needed
LET'S GET COOKING!
Turn grill to medium-high heat.
Cut fennel bulbs into wedges and season with olive oil and salt.
When ready to cook, place the cedar plank salmon and sliced fennel on the grill, cover and cook the for about 12 to 18 minutes (depending on thickness), or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Be careful not to overcook it.
Remove the salmon and the fennel from the grill.
Dress fennel with lemon juice, olives and a bit more olive oil. Serve with the cedar plank salmon.
