Chipotle Garlic Butter Shrimp

INGREDIENTS
Chipotle Garlic Seasoning 1 ½ tablespoons
Lemon juice, freshly squeezed ½ lemon
Canola Oil 1 ½ tablespoons
Herb Butter
Salted butter 3 tablespoons
White wine 6 fl. oz.
Garlic cloves, minced 6 cloves
Fresh parsley, chopped 1 ½ tablespoons
Fresh oregano, chopped 1 ½ teaspoons
Fresh basil, chopped 1 ½ teaspoons
Lemon juice, freshly squeezed 1 lemon
Fresh parsley, for garnish as needed
Lemon wedges, for garnish as needed
LET'S GET COOKING!
Preheat your grill to a high heat. Add a cast iron skillet over the heat and add the canola oil.
In a bowl, mix your shrimp with the Chipotle Garlic Seasoning and lemon juice. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes per side.
As the shrimp simmers, add another skillet to the grill with all the ingredients for the Herb Butter. Mix until fully melted.
Once the shrimp are close to being done, pour the butter mixture over top and mix with the shrimp.
Pull the shrimp off to cool for 1 minute.
Garnish with chopped parsley and lemons.
