Chicken Tikka Bake

INGREDIENTS
Red peppers, sliced 1
Red onions, sliced 1
Sweet potatoes, cut into wedges 1
Tikka masala paste 200 ml
Baby spinach 320 g
LET'S GET COOKING!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine all the ingredients, except the spinach, in a shallow roasting tray.
Roast for 45 minutes.
Stir once or twice during cooking for an even bake.
Once the chicken's cooked, stir in the spinach.
Allow the spinach to wilt before serving up.
