2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp honey

1) Whisk together soy sauce, cornstarch, water, and honey to make the sauce; set aside.
