Cedar Plank Salmon Sampler with Flavoured Butter

INGREDIENTS
Lime, sliced 1
Shishito Peppers 8 oz.
Olive Oil 2 Tsp
Flaky Salt for finishing
LET'S GET COOKING!
To prepare the salmon, simply cook directly on cedar plank in 425-degree oven or grill for 18-20 minutes.
Rinse and pat the peppers dry. Drizzle in the oil, and toss until the peppers are evenly coated.
Preheat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the peppers and let them cook, stirring every minute or so, until they are tender with charred spots, about 8 to 12 minutes.
Transfer the peppers to a serving plate. Sprinkle with salt, to taste.
