Berkshire St. Louis Ribs with Orange BBQ Sauce

INGREDIENTS
Ketchup 1 1/2 cups
Brown Sugar 1 cup
Cold Water 1/4 cup
Apple Cider Vinegar 1/3 cup
Worcestershire Sauce 2 tablespoons
Honey 2 tablespoons
Kosher Salt 1 teaspoon
Black Peppercorns 1 teaspoon
Garlic, finely minced 1 teaspoon
Onion Powder 1/2 tablespoon
Red Pepper Flakes 1/4 teaspoon
Zest and Juice of Orange 1 orange
Smoked Pecan Rub as needed
LET'S GET COOKING!
In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, whisk all ingredients for BBQ Sauce until combined. Bring mixture to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until thick. Cool and refrigerate until ready to use.
Preheat oven 325°F. Season ribs and cover completely with foil. Place in a baking pan. Bake the ribs for about 1½-2 hours or until tender.
Heat a grill to medium heat. Place cooked ribs on the grill for 3 minutes on each side. Brush with BBQ Sauce and continue to grill for about 2-3 minutes. Repeat on the other side until nicely caramelized. Serve with additional BBQ Sauce.
