Amazing Dijon Keta Salmon

INGREDIENTS
Salted butter, melted ¼ cup
Dijon mustard 3 tablespoons
Liquid honey 1 ½ tablespoons
Bread crumbs ¼ cup
Pecans, finely chopped ¼ cup
Parsley, freshly picked as needed
Sea salt as needed
Black pepper, freshly ground as needed
Lemon wedges, for garnish as needed
LET'S GET COOKING!
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Stir together butter, mustard, and honey in a small bowl. Set aside.
Mix together bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley in another bowl.
Brush the salmon fillet lightly with honey mustard mixture.
Sprinkle the tops of fillet with bread crumb mixture.
Bake salmon in the preheated oven until it flakes easily with a fork, 12 to 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with a wedge of lemon.
Serve along your favourite side dish.
